Hello I'm Lamay Vannavong, the Human Resources Manager at Blue Horizon Interiors, specializing in the construction and drywall industry. My journey began when I graduated from the University of South Carolina, and soon after, I made the exciting move to the bustling DC Metro area. However, my heart drew me back to the Charlotte Metro area, where I found my place in the construction industry and eventually with Blue Horizon Interiors.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish the time I spend with my son, who is studying at Clemson. One of my favorite pastimes is exploring new restaurants with friends and my son. 

As an HR professional, I find immense joy in making meaningful connections with people. Building a cohesive and supportive work environment where employees can thrive and grow is my passion.
